-1 cup spinach, chopped-1 stalk kale, chopped-1/3 head of broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces-1/3 green bell pepper, cut into half slices-1 avocado chopped to bits-1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese-3 tbsp. buttermilk ranch dressing (full fat!)

    I was going to make this but the calories are high so I looked at the full nutrition the calories come for the cheese and avocado and ranch dressing so I cut back on the cheese and avocado and ranch to a good salad - 7/4/19
