Brown rice pudding w/apples

Ingredients
2 lg eggs1/2 c. sugar1/2 tsp. salt2 c. milk2 c. cooked brown rice1 tsp. vanillanutmeg to taste1/2 lg. apple
Directions
blend eggs, sugar and salt
scald milk
stir into egg mixture and blend
add rice, apples, vanilla
bake @ 350 deg. 1:15 in pan placed in water
