Diced bite size1/2 medium/small Red Onion2 clove crushed Garlichandful of Cilantro - choppedMix all ingredients in a large bowl. Dressing:Mix Balsamic Vinegar with a small amount of brown sugar (to taste), add Salt & Pepper (to taste).
