blintz suffle with light butter and low fat sour cream

Ingredients
3 eggs3/4 cup sour cream lighttable spoon of orange juiceteaspoon of vanilla2 boxes of golden brand blintzes
Directions
melt butter in 9x12 pan in oven. Place blintzes in pan turning them over in the butter to coat both sides. arange in two rows length wise in pan. mix all other ingredients until smooth. pour over blintzes. Cook at 375 for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
