Gol Papadi or Sukhadi

Ingredients
1 cup ghee3 cup whole wheat flour1 cup unpacked brown sugar called Jaggeri or GOL1 tbsp ginger powder1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
Directions
Heat ghee, add flour, sauted it for about 15 minutes till you get the fragrance of flour and it browns a little bit. Add brown sugar and remove from fire, mix well. add sesame seeds and ginger powder. On greesed baking sheet, put all the dough and pressure it with the back of the small pot so that it ends up being 1/2 inch flat tightly held together. Let it cook a bit and then make about 40 small 1 inch pieces. It is a substitute for the cookie.
