Bread, pita, white, 1 pita, small (4" dia) Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices *Baby Romain, .75 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced
Directions
slice all veggies
sauté all veggies but lettuce and tomatoes
place lettuce and tomatoes on pita and then add sautéed vegies ..
wrap and enjoy
