Curried Chicken and Mango Salad

Ingredients
1 Rotisserie chicken (about 2 lbs)1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise1 tbsp mango chutneyfresh lime juice from 1 lime1tsp curry powder1 ripe large mango peeled and diced2 med stock celery diced1 med Granny Smith apple, cored and diced1 head romaine lettuce
Directions
1. Remove skin from chicken; discard. With fingers pull chicken meat into 1-inch peaches- about 3 cups or 3/4 lbs of meat.
2. In large bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, chutney, lime juice and curry powder until combined. Stir in chicken, mango, celery and apple until well coated. Serve salad on bed of romaine leaves.
