Warm lentil and wheat salad with cabbage and onions

1 T olive oil1/4 thinly sliced onion1.5 cups shredded cabbage1/2 cup dry lentil1/2 cup bulgur wheat2 cups waterGreek seasoning (parsley, salt, pepper)1/4 cup low fat yogurt, plain4 T fresh chopped basil
Heat oil in nonstick pan. Add cabbage and onions. Cook over low heat until veggies turn golden brown. Take these out of the pan and set aside. Add lentils and water to pan. Bring to boil. Cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes. Add bulgur. Bring back to boil. Cook with lid on for another 15 minutes. When water is absorbed, add veggie mix and stir. Garnish with 1 T lowfat yogurt and chopped basil.
