Pasta sauce

Ingredients
Veggies you want I used Green pepper (half a large)Small onionWhite fresh mushroomsTwo cans of diced tomatoes 14.5 ounce each14 ounces of tomato sauce Italian spices Sugar2Tb of extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Chop veggies sauté in olive oil add seasoning to taste. Add two cans tomatoes and one can sauce and the sugar. bring to boil and let simmer for at least 20 min. Stirring often. Put some sauce in a blender or food processor (all or some depending on how chunky you want it) blend until smooth. Mix blended and chunky together and serve with pasta or use wherever you would use pasta sauce.
