Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
4 Large Bananas1 Cup of Sugar (or brown sugar)1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract2 Large Eggs4 oz of apple sauce2 cups of Flour1 tsp salt1 tbsp. baking soda1tbsp cinnamon1.5 tsp nutmeg1.5 cup of finely chopped pecans
Directions
In a large bowl place bananas, vanilla, eggs and apple sauce and use a smasher to "smash" it all together. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Use a mixer to combine flour mixture into the other bowl.

Use a whisk to combine pecans into bread mix. Pour into a round bundt pan sprayed with Pam.
