Fried Polenta w/ Meat Sauce

Ingredients
Polenta: * Yellow Cornmeal, 3 cup * Butter, salted, 1.5 pat * Soy Cheese, 1 oz * 4 cups water Sauce * Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup * Onions, raw, 1 medium * Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, sliced * Garlic, 3 cloves * Ground Turkey, 150 grams *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp for frying polenta
Directions
Polenta----
Mix water & cornmeal over medium heat with salt/pepper to taste. When the polenta is thick, add butter and cheese (chopped). Mix well until all is melted. Pour polenta into baking dish. When cooled, place in freezer.

Sauce----
Saute ground chicken, add onion, garlic and pepper. When vegetables are soft, add tomato sauce.

When Polenta is frozen or thoroughly chilled, cut into sections and fry lightly on the edges in a hot pan. Serve with sauce.
