Santa Fe Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast14.4 oz can diced tomato with mild green chilis15 oz can black beans8 oz frozen corn1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro14.4 oz can fat free chicken broth3 scallions, chopped4 Tbsp. Tastefully Simple Simply Salsa (or other spices)salt to taste
Directions
Cook in crock pot on Low for 10 hours
shred chicken

Serve over rice, or in a tortilla.
