Cabbage Soup with tofu

Ingredients
One small head of Cabbage shredded8 oz baby carrotscan of baby corn (drained and rinsed)I cup of bamboo shootsone medium onion minced2 cups of chicken broth 4 cups water8 oz of mushrooms slicedone package of firm tofu sliced into cubessalt optional ( I did not use it)This soup has an abundance of left overs.
Directions
In a large pot add all ingredient cook over a medium heat. You might need to add some additional broth as you cook.
