My Homemade chicken and noodles

Ingredients
6 medium eggs2.5 cups of floursalt 2 tsp.1 oz. of chicken breast8 cups of chicken broth4 cups of water (tap)
Directions
In medium bowl crack six eggs and place in bowl. With fork beat well then slowly add up to 2.5 cups of flour, beating as you slowly add, til soft ball and then flour table work area and roll out with rolling pin til thin about 1/8th of an inch. With pizza cutter cut into noodles your desired width.

In quart kettle on stove add water 4 cups and chicken broth about 8 cups and add cut up chicken about 1 oz. bring to boil then turn down to simmer and gradually add noodles you have cut.

Cook stirring occasionally so they don't stick, about 20 minutes and ready to serve.

1 cup servings about 10-12 enjoy!
