Cream of Broccoli and Kohlrabi Soup

Ingredients
4 medium kohlrabi3 large scallions, whites mostly1 head broccoli3 cloves garlic6 cups chicken stock1 bay leaf1/2c reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Chop and saute kohlrabi, scallions, broccoli, and garlic until the vegetables start to soften, about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and bay leaf and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Remove bay leaf. Puree in blender or with an immersion blender. Add sour cream and enjoy!
