Almond Chicken Teriyaki StirFry

20 0z (about 3 large) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into slices2 cups sliced red bellpepper2 cups sliced green bellpepper2 cups fresh snowpeas1 med onion, cut into quarters and sliced4 tbsp. chopped scallions1/2 cup sliced raw almonds1 cup Kikkoman teriyaki baste and glaze4 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Heat olive oil in a large pan, add chicken seasoned with salt and pepper, cook until center is no longer pink, add soy sauce and scallions, and cook a few minutes longer.
Add veggies to chicken, make sure fire is on high, cook for 3-5 min, you want veggies to have bite but not be hard. Remove from heat.
Add teriyaki glaze and almonds, coat chicken and veggies well
Serving Size: Makes 5 1 1/2-cup servings
