Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients
4 cups blueberries1 Tablespoon sugar1 Tablespoon Cornstarch2/3 cups dry oats2 Tablespoons Smart Balance2 tablespoons Pure Coconut oil1/3 cup Splenda1/4 Teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 Tablespoons Milled Flax seed1/3 cup brown sugar
Directions
1. Set oven to 350
2. Toss blueberries in white sugar and cornstarch and put in greased baking dish
3. Combine in separate bowl: oats, cinnamon, salt, brown sugar and Splenda
4. Cut in Smart Balance and coconut oil
5. Mix in flax seed.
6. Spread mixture loosely over top of berries
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes
