Low-Carb Taco Bake

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 pkt. taco seasoning*water as called for on seasoning pkt.3 - 8 inch Mission Carb Balance Tortillas1/2 C. salsa con queso2 C. shredded Mexican cheese
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350. Brown ground beef and drain. Follow directions on seasoning pkt. to flavor. Once taco meat is ready, turn off heat and add in 1/2 C. salsa con queso, stir well. Spray 8-inch round baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Layer the bottom of the pan with a tortilla. Add 1/3 of the taco meat mix, then top with 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Continue layering until you are done with the layers (another tortilla, meat mixture, cheese). Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cheese should be melted and edges slightly golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
