Kim's Thai green curry (vegetarian)

Ingredients
5 cups broccoli florets1 cup mushroom quarters.5 cup onion, sliced thin1 Tbsp cooking oil1 Tbsp (or more) Thai green curry paste1 can Thai kitchen lite coconut milk1 tsp fish sauce (optional)1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Directions
Stir-fry veggies in oil til barely tender; add sauces and coconut mild, stir and boil til blended. Can top with cilantro; serve over rice or rice noodles.
