Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch chopped into small pieces(remove)Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long) shredded (remove)Garlic, 1 clove pressed(remove)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .75 cup, shredded (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .75 cup (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup (remove)1 tlb Italian Seasoning, 2 serving (remove)
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
roll into bite size balls
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown
