Peanut Honey Oat Balls

1/2 cup nonfat dry milk1/2 cup quick oats1/4 cup honey1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
This recipe makes 24 small balls...each a heaping teaspoon.
Add all the ingredients together in a small bowl and mix together until all well blended. If needed, you can add a little more peanut butter (this is not included in the nutrition information however). I also like to line the balls up on a plate and put in the microwave for 12 seconds and they come out like they are fresh out of the oven. They do not require baking and get even better (as the oats soften) over time. Enjoy!! A very sweet, healthy treat!
