white bean hummus w/roasted garlic & rosemary

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup cooked white beans 1 head of roasted garlic 2 Tbsp. olive oil 2 Tbsp. tahini 1/2 tsp. powdered rosemary (or 1 tsp. dried regular rosemary, or 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary) 1/2 tsp. salt juice of half a lemon
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth.

To roast garlic, brush garlic heads in olive oil, wrap in foil, bake at 400*F for 30 min.

Serving Size: makes 12 1/4 cup servings
