Ingredients
Olive Oil, .25 cup Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value), 3 tbsp Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels (or 1 can)Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (chopped)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium seeds removed and choppedGround Cumin seed, 1.5 tsp black beans, 3 cans- drained and rinsedLime Juice, 1 lime squeezedBlack Pepper 0.25 tsp Salt, 1 tsp (Garlic, 3 clove mincedJalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper seeds and veins removed- chopped
Directions
mix all ingredients together, its best if it sits over night in the fridge.
