PK's Potato Salad

6 whole medium Potatoes, Boiled until cooked through 2 Large Eggs, Hard Boiled 3 Tbsp Celery, raw, chopped 3-4 Tbsp Carrots, raw, chopped 2 Tbsp Onions, raw, chopped 4 Tbsp Maries Coleslaw Dressing 5 Tbsp Hellmann's, Light Mayonnaise
Boil Potatoes until cooked. Cool, skin and cut into med to large chunks. Boil the eggs about 10 to 15 minutes. Cool, shell and cut into potatoes. Chop and add the vegetables. In a separate bowl, mix the Dressing and Mayonnaise, mix well. Pour over potatoes, eggs and vegetables and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. For best flavor refrigerate until completely chilled.
