2 Cups Iceberg Lettuce, american dole blend salad2 Each Red Onion Slice, sliced and seperated3 Each Black Olives2 Each Banana Peppers1/4 Cup Croutons, Seasoned1/2 Each Tomato, Quartered1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, Freshly grated 1 Dash Fresh Ground PepperOlive Garden Italian Dressing1/8 Cup Nonfat Mayonnaise1/16 Cup Red Wine Vinegar, original used white1/3 Tablespoon Vinegar1/4 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 Tablespoon Splenda1/2 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese1/2 Tablespoon Romano Cheese1/2 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese1/16 Teaspoon Garlic Salt1/8 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning1/8 Teaspoon Parsley1/4 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Original Recipe From Olive Garden-I reduced the calories with substitutions.
Chill one salad bowl in freezer for at least 30 minutes. Place bag of salad in bowl. Add lettuce,t red onion, black olives, banana peppers, tomatoes, and croutons. Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh ground black pepper.
Directions for Dressing
Mix all ingredients in a blender to make the dressing .until well mixed. If this is a little too tart for your own personal tastes please add a little extra sugar or splenda.
