raw tomato tahini dressing/sauce

Ingredients
Ripe Tomato, 1 very large or 2 mediumTahini, 2 tbspOlive Oil, 1 tbspGarlic, 1-2 clovesSoy Sauce, 1 tbspNutritional Yeast, 1 tbspCider Vinegar, 1 tbspHot sauce, as preferred
Directions
Throw all the ingredients in a blender and blend well (add a little water to thin if needed). Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour over raw veggie noodles or julienned veggies and chill. Can add avocado, sesame deeds, red pepper flakes, cilantro as garnish.
