IN MEDIUM POT ADD ALL INGREDIENTS,EXCEPT FOR THE BUTTER.PLACE ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT & WHISK CONSTANTLY BRING TO A BOIL & IT SHOULD THICKEN COATING YOUR SPOON.ONCE IT THICKENS REMOVE FROM HEAT IMMEDIATELY & ADD THE BUTTER.THEN PLACE IN A MEDIUM GLASS BOWL PLACE IN FRIDGE TO CHILL.
