1 lg. head Cauliflower2 bunches of Broccoli1/2 C. Raisins1 C. low fat Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)1/2 lg. Red Onion (Chopped)2 Tsp. Sunflower seeds3/4 C. Miracle whip Light8 Tsp. Splenda
Directions
Cut and mix all veggies
Mix Splenda, Miracle Whip & vinegar and let sit overnight
Blend all together
