3 thin slices of honey dew melon2 think slices of cantaloupe1 cup of raspberries4 strawberries1 banana1 small original v81 tbs flax seed1/4 cup of unsalted cashews1 mango3 small apricots
Directions
you can alternate the nuts as long as they are unsalted - you can also use any fruit you have available - I use whatever looks like it's about to go
