4 bell peppers, cored and insides removed, 2 cups cooked brown rice, 1 15 ounce can kidney beans rinsed and drained, 2 cups salsa, 15 ounce can tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp oregano
Place the peppers upright in a lightly greased slow cooker. combine the rice, salsa, and beans, mix well. Fill each pepper with this mixture. Blend the tomato sauce with the seasonings, and pour over the peppers. Cook on low for four hours
