Ingredients
1 c. Uncooked Brown Rice3/4 c. dried split peas3/4 c. dried lentils2 stalks celery with leaves, diced small2 medium carrots, diced small1 ham bone or 1 c. cooked ham, diced1 carton organic chicken broth6 cups water (broth + water = 10 cups liquid)1/2 tsp. black pepper2 tsp. salt1 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. Adobo seasoning salt2 Tbsp. parsley, driedBay leaf1/2 tsp. Thyme
Directions
Bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for 90 minutes.
