cook ground chicken in skillet with 1/4 cup of water and approx. 5 tbl of minced garlic until done. add to crockpot, add 1 jar of Herdez salsa verde mild, 1 can of green enchilada sauce, 2 cans of diced chili tomatoes, 1 can tomato paste, stir and chop all listed vegetables- green, yellow, and red peppers, and red onion toss in crock pot, add 1 tbl chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper, and oregano stir and simmer for 1 to 2 hours!
