2 cups yogurt (water strained)0.5 cup onions finely chopped0.25 cup carrots blanched finely chopped0.5 cup cucumber finely chopped0.5 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, green) finely chopped0.5 cup cauliflower blanched finely chopped0.5 cup tomatoes finely chopped1 tbsp tomato ketchupSalt & Black pepper to taste
take a bowl. put in yogurt and beat it till it is uniform. add ketchup and black pepper. mix well. Now add all the remaining ingredients. mix well. refrigerate it for 15-20 mins. take it out. add salt. mix well again and serve.
TIP: you can serve with chips
