Lemon/Soy Marinade for Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 C Lemon Juice1/2 C Soy Sauce6 8-oz. Chicken Breasts
Directions
Pour lemon juice and soy sauce together in a bowl or plastic bag. Add chicken and marinate for 24 - 48 hours in the refrigerator. Grill chicken.

We enjoy this meal with rice and vegetables. The leftover chicken is wonderful on top of a salad!
