Moose Chili

Ingredients
3 lb moose meat2 med onions diced3 cloves garlic minced6 stalk celery chopped1 can sliced mushrooms1 can tomato past2 can tomato soup2 can diced tomatoes1 can red kidney beans1/2 can brown beanssalt & pepper1 tbsp basil1 tbsp oregano1 tsp lemon pepper.5 tsp seasoning salt1 tbps chili powder1/4 tsp dried chili flakes
Directions
brown meat, put in slow cooker. Heat oil, add onions, garlic, celery & mushrooms, cook for five minutes. Add to meat, add rest of ingredients. Cook for three hours in slow cooker, 1st hour on high then low.

Approx 12 - 1 cup servings.
