Cream Cheese, 8 ozJarred Pizza Sauce .5 cup 15 PepperoniHam, extra lean, (5% fat), .5 cup, dicedMushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slicesGreen Peppers, .25 cup, choppedRed Onion Raw, 0.25 cup Shredded Mozerella .75 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cupCheddar Cheese, .25 cup, shreddedEggs, 2 large
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese and spread into greased 9X13 dish. Bake until golden brown (about 12-15 minutes). Cool 10 minutes. Spread sauce on crust. Top with cheese/toppings (adding ingredients to your liking). Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: With veggies: Makes 8 pieces, we shared the whole thing (2 servings). Only 13 net carbs!
