Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove) Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 1 cup (not packed) (remove) Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 5 oz (remove) Spinach, canned, 2.5 cup (remove) Prego Spaghetti Sauce (1/2 cup), 18 serving (remove) ronzoni manicotti, 8 oz (remove)
Directions
mix browned ground turkey, spinach, cottage cheese (may add other veggies) into blender or food processor and blend briefly. cover bottom of 12x9 pan with pasta sauce, set aside. put meat mixure into piping bag (or use a baggie with end cut off) and fill unboiled manicotti noodles, lay into pan with 1/2 inch between each noodle. if left over filling spread across top of noodles before pouring remaining pasta sauce over noodles to cover. sprinkle mozzarella over and bake at 325 for 60 minutes.
