Ingredients
1 medium onion2 Yukon Gold potatoes1 medium carrot1 tbsp parsley3 cups chicken broth3 cloves garlic
Directions
Cook carrots and onions. Dice potatoes, mince garlic and parsley. Mix all into chicken broth and warm.
