Ingredients
1 - 2 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed1 cup diet root beer1 1/4 cups PNGwen's Low-Carb Barbecue Sauce
Directions
!. Rinse tenderloin and pat dry with paper towel. In sprayed skillet, brown tenderloin on all sides.

2. Transfer to 4 to 5-quart slow cooker. Pour root beer in bottom and barbecue sauce on top of pork.

3. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until pork shreds easily.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 3/4 cup pork
