Armenian Chicken and Lentil Soup

Ingredients
In a 6-quart sauce pan, cook onion, garlic, sesame seeds, and spices in oil for 5-7 minutes, stirring. Add RED lentils, stock, and minced apricots to the onion and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to moderate and cook 40-50 minutes. Add cut up cooked chicken, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Cook 5 more minutes to heat chicken through
