LM Beef Stew

Ingredients
Beef stew seasoning packetRoastcarrotsonionpotatogarlic powderpeppersaltwaterflour (for thickening)
Directions
Cut Roast into 1" pieces and brown in pan. Cut onions to desired size and add to meat. add seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper. cut potatos into 1" cubes and add. Slice carrots and add. Cook until potatoes are done then thicken with flour (mix flour with a little water to make a paste and then add to stew) cook another 15 min to allow stew to thicken. Can also be made in crock pot. cook on low all day and add flour about an hour before you are ready to eat.
