Summer spaghetti

Ingredients
10 medium tomatoes, chopped1/2 cup chopped fresh basil1/2 cup red wine vinegar1/4 cup olive oil3-4 shallots, chopped1 tsp salt1 pound angel hair pasta
Directions
Chop tomatoes, basil and shallots. Combine oil, vinegar and salt, shake well and pour over rest of ingredients. Marinate sauce 1 hour in refrigerator.
Cook pasta in boiling water according to directions. Drain and rinse with cool water. Add sauce to pasta and chill several hours or overnight.
