Spanish Rice

Ingredients
Lean Ground BeefBrown Rice (Minute Rice)Green Bell PepperSmall OnionYellow MustardTomato SauceCanola Oil
Directions
Add canola oil to large skillet or dutch oven. Chop Green Pepper and onion and put in skillet. Add salt and pepper. Cook a minute on medium heat then add ground beef. Cover and cook until brown occasionally stirring to keep from sticking. When meat is cooked add rice, mustard, tomato sauce and water. Mix together, cover and cook on medium heat until rice is tender and water is absorbed.

Serving Size: makes 6-8 1-cup servings
