Parmesan kale chips

Ingredients
1.5 c shredded (chunk) parmesan cheese.25 c finely ground oatmeal (oat flour)1/2 c finely diced fresh kale1/2 T olive oilgarlic powder or fresh minced garlic to taste
Directions
COMBINE all in a bowl and stir well to mix all ingredients. Drop a heaping T of mixture into a medium skillet that has been sprayed with coating. Cook until cheese melts and chip begins to hold together (2-3 minutes). Gently slide thin spatula under chip and flip over and cook another 2-3 minutes. Remove to a paper to absorb excess oil and to set. Serve warm or cold.
