Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oats2.25 lbs Ground Turkey4 tsp or cloves of garlic16 oz of frozen spinach1 Red Bell pepper2 eggs3/4 cup tomato sauce
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and place in muffin tin.

Bake for 35-40 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 18 muffins. 2 muffins per serving
