Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef1 medium onion chopped1 green pepper chopped1 cup brown rice1 Large can whole tomatoesSalt, garlic salt, pepper4-5 tbsp. cider vinegar
Directions
Brown meat, onion & green pepper with seasonings
Add tomatoes and chop with spoon edge
Add rice
Add vinegar to taste
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
