BBQ Short Ribs with Sugar Free Sauce

4 large short ribsSalt and pepper to taste1 can of tomato paste1/2 cup water1 tbsp Truvia baking blend2 tbsp worcestershire4 cloves garlic1 tbsp paprika1 tbsp mustard2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
I'm a southerner, so all of these measurements can be adjusted to taste. This is just an estimate of what I put in mine.
Preheat oven to 300.
Put ribs in pan (a brownie pan is the perfect size if you're just doing four ribs).
Put all other ingredients into food processor. Blend until garlic cloves are chopped.
Spread sauce all over ribs. Cover pan with foil and bake for 3 hours. Remove foil for last 30 minutes of baking to brown ribs.
Serving Size: Makes 4 large short ribs
