1 cup flax meal1 cup hemp hearts2 cups ground almonds2 Tbsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 1/2 cups cocoa powder (unsweetened)4 scoops whey protein powder (35g/scoop)1/2 cup butter1/2 cup coconut oil2 cups powdered erythritol1 1/2 cups powdered xylitol1 Tbsp vanilla8 large eggs2/3 cup heavy cream1 1/3 cups coffee40 drops stevia
Preheat oven to 350. Combine 1st 7 dry ingredients in large bowl. In another bowl, cream butter & coconut oil until fluffy, add erythritol & xylitol and cream together. Beat in vanilla and eggs, then cream, coffee & stevia. Pour into bowl with dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. divide into 3 9x9 baking pans (greased or silicon) and bake for 30 min or until top springs back. Cool on a rack and cut into 36 squares.
