Warm Fish Salad with Lime Sauce

Ingredients
Mahi Mahi (12 oz) (4 oz per serving)pepper, to taste2 limes (1 juiced, th eother quartered)1/3 cup finely chopped onion2 Tbsp unsalted butter2 Tbsp whole wheat flour1 1/3 cup skim milk1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth16 oz mixed spring green lettuce
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season fish with pepper to taste and place them in an small baking dish; squeeze the juice of 1 lime over fish, then sprinkle with chopped onion. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; add flour and then gradually add the milk. Stir constantlyover medium-low heat til sauce starts to thicken; add chicken broth and continue to simmer til sauce has thickened to your liking. Arrange salad greens on dinner plates, top each with fish fillet, then ladle over the top; garnish with a wedge of lime and serve.
