15 dates6-8 tbs almond, soy, or preferred milk4 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter1 Scoop of Chocolate protein powder (whey, soy or casein)1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Mix ingredients in a blender. Adding milk a small amount at a time to make sure mix does not get runny. Spread onto greased plate and stick in freezer till firm enough to cut (30 minutes)
Cut into bars and wrap in plastic wrap. Store in freezer. Take out for about 15 minutes before enjoying,
